Henrita becomes
main academic building
The newly formed Housing and Renovations (Space) Committee has designated Henrita Academic Building (the former St. Benedict's High School) as the main academic building for the College of Saint Benedict.
Twenty faculty members have offices in Henrita, including Dr. Thomas Peterson, the new assistant to the academic dean. Dr. Peterson is building manager for Henrita.
The Educational Media Center has been relocated in Henria. Group meetings and seminars will be held in a large conference room there.
The classrooms in Henrita are being used by the ISP, general chemistry, special education, human relations, sociology, psychology, and child development departments. Until department renovations in the main building are finished, some home and community service classes will be housed in Henrita.

Young Concert Artists to perform at BAC
This year students at the College of St. Benedict, St. John's University, and St. Cloud State College will have an unique opportunity to attend free performances of professional musicians. The series of events marks the first coordinated effort at arts programming by the three area colleges.
The Pro Musica, the Harkness Ballet Company, and world re-
nowned flutist Rampal will be performing in the series. Six Young Concert Artists to'be featured are mezzo-soprano Joy Blacklett, pianist Ursula Oppens and Francoise Regnat, violist Marcus Tompson, clarinetist Michael Webster and violinist Hiroko Yajima. These young people belong to a non-profit organization, Young Concert Artists, Inc., set up to help promising artists be-
come known.
An equal number of concerts will be held on each campus with students from all three colleges being admitted free of charge. Student transportation to the schools for the concerts will be provided.
According to David Swanson, director of the Benedicta Arts Center at CSB, coordinated sponsorship of such a concert series is to the ad-
vantage of both the student and the artist. No longer will admission prices or transportation problems prevent student attendance.
The Concerts and Lectures Committees from CSB and SJU and the Major Events Council and Atwood Board of Governors from SCS are sponsoring the tri-college concert series. The first event was Sept. 25 at SJU.
