CSB Room Selection is quickly approaching and there are several important things students need to be aware of when deciding where they will be living for the 2002-2003 academic year.
ADVANCE PAYMENTS:
The $200.00 advance housing and registration payment is due to the Student Accounts Office (Main 231) no
later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6th, 2002. If you do not pay your Advance Payment on time your lottery number will be negatively and dramatically affected.
ROOM SELECTION MARCH 25 AND 26, 2002:
Room selection will take place in the Haehn Campus Center in Alumnae Hall on March 25 and 26,2002. Come to room selection at the time indicated on your lottery slip to select your housing for the 2002-2003 academic year.
REGISTER: You need a minimum of 12 credits for Fall 2002 to live on campus. Credits will be verified after registration is complete.
OPEN HOUSE:
Attend open house on March 12th, 2002 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Watch your campus email for more information on which rooms, apartments, and campus houses will be available for to view on that evening. This is an opportunity for students to see what the differences are between various residence halls and apartments on campus.
PRESELECTION: If you wish to live in one of the 4 campus houses, in the 3 person suite in Lottie Hall, in the 5 person suite in Lottie hall, or in a 6 person apartment in McDonald you need to participate in the preselection process. Information regarding preselection as well as the Preselection Sign Up Sheet can be found by visiting the CSB Residential Life website at http://www.csbsju.edu/csbreslife/preselection.htm.
THINGS THAT ARE NEW FOR 2002 - 2003:
MEYER HOUSE: There will be an additional campus house available for the 2002-2003 academic year. The Meyer house is a yellow house located behind the HCC. The Meyer house has a four person occupancy and can be viewed, along with other campus houses, at Open House on March 12.
BRIAN HALL: Brain Hall will be an all sophomore (upper-class) building beginning in Fall 2002. All rooms in Brian Hall will be available during room selection.
